MQ88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MQ88 online gaming platform, accessible at mq88.cam and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). MQ88 is operated by its international parent entity ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or placing a wager, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside the MQ88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and MQ88.

MQ88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing MQ88 services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by MQ88 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and source-of-funds checks, required by the Company as a condition of withdrawal or as part of fraud prevention.
• "Platform" means the MQ88 website, gaming interfaces, mobile-optimised pages, and any related software made available by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that a User must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 35x) of the applicable bonus amount.
• "Working Days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on MQ88, you must at all times satisfy the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. MQ88 enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with internationally recognised standards for casino and sports betting platforms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any related service.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling under Malaysian law and for complying with all applicable local regulations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of MQ88 or its affiliated entities.

Each natural person may hold one Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

MQ88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or restriction of withdrawal access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify MQ88 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. MQ88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your login details.

MQ88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels commonly used by players in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and others), and selected cryptocurrency networks including USDT (TRC20).

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. MQ88 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from an account or instrument that does not belong to you will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Processing times depend on the chosen payment channel. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited promptly, while bank-based transfers (FPX, DuitNow) may take up to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and may take 15 to 30 minutes or longer depending on network congestion.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account or instrument belonging to the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved.
• All active Bonus Funds must have their applicable Wagering Requirements satisfied, or the relevant bonus must have been declined.
• There must be no outstanding Account security review or suspicious activity investigation.

MQ88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all MQ88 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. New account holders may claim a welcome offer once, provided all eligibility criteria are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, failing which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• MQ88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Users who have already claimed a promotion and commenced the wagering process will not be retrospectively affected by such changes.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or hedged betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of all associated balances and potential account termination.

All wagers placed on the MQ88 Platform are final once confirmed by the User. MQ88 will not reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where a demonstrable technical error has occurred, or where a market or event is subsequently declared void in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules.

Sportsbook bets are subject to MQ88's published sports betting rules for each sport and competition, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and others. MQ88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any market where integrity concerns arise or where liquidity is insufficient to support fair settlement.

Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. MQ88 does not manipulate game outcomes and all games are supplied by established third-party providers operating under standard testing protocols.

MQ88 reserves the right to set maximum win limits, impose stake limitations on individual accounts, and decline or reduce wagers at its reasonable discretion without being required to provide specific reasons.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the MQ88 Platform. Users found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their Accounts immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all associated balances forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in games or on markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or payment systems, whether or not such exploitation produces a financial benefit.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by minors or by individuals who are self-excluded or otherwise ineligible.
• Attempting to access other users' Accounts or to interfere with the Platform's infrastructure.

All content available on the MQ88 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of MQ88 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such content.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of MQ88. Unauthorised use of MQ88's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MQ88 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond MQ88's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from network interruptions on the User's side.
• Decisions made by the User in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details subject to change.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where MQ88 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by the User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MQ88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or source-of-funds requirements within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider.
• A determination that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to MQ88.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting MQ88 support through the live chat channel in your account dashboard. Any real-money balance remaining after the clearance of applicable checks will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

MQ88 is committed to providing a gambling environment that supports responsible play. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. Gambling should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MQ88 holds its international gaming licence. MQ88 does not operate under Malaysian law and makes no representation that its services are lawful under Malaysian legislation. Malaysian users access the Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, a technical outcome, or an account decision, you should contact MQ88 support in the first instance. MQ88 will investigate all complaints in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain dissatisfied following the resolution process, you may seek independent dispute resolution through channels identified by the relevant licensing authority.
